PVD plating method before plating surface purification treatment

         

The basic method before plating PVD plated surface cleaning solvent purification treatment is a relatively common method of application. In this method, the cleaning fluid often has:

(1) demineralized water or aqueous systems, such as those containing detergent in water, acid or alkali;

(2) an anhydrous organic solvent, such as ethanol, isopropanol, ketones, such as acetone;

(3) petroleum fractions, chlorinated or fluorinated hydrocarbons;

(4) emulsions or solvent vapors;

(5) metal cleaning agent (commercially available). Gold metal cleaning agent can be divided into acidic, basic and neutral to slightly alkaline three,

its use are: acidic oxide used for cleaning, rust and corrosion; alkaline surfactant-containing, for removing lightweight oil; neutral to slightly alkaline pH of the surface to avoid damage.
